The exhibition “Ukiyo-e In Play: Artists Re-Working the Traditions of Woodcut Prints,” opening today—Tuesday, April 22—features works by KANEKO Tomiyuki, KONDOH Akino, and YAMAGUCHI Akira. 

 

Dates: April 22 (Tue) – June 15 (Sun), 2025

Opening Hours: 9:30–17:00 (Last admission 30 minutes before closing)

Open until 20:00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays May 4 (Sun) and May 5 (Mon)

Closed: Mondays and Wednesday, May 7

(Open on Monday, April 28 and Monday, May 5 despite being regular closing days)

Venue: Hyokeikan, Tokyo National Museum (Ueno Park)
