HORI Kosai’s artwork is currently featured in “Celebrating 100 years! Looking back on the Showa era through our collection” at the Takaoka Art Museum. Originally created during Hori’s 2004 solo exhibition at the museum, this work was made publicly on site. It features video footage of locations in Takaoka that Hori visited, recalling places from his childhood up to 1965, with several scenes printed and enhanced with his own drawings.
